Important Information

The vast majority of my fabrics are made from good quality 100% cotton. If not, I will state clearly the type of fabric the item is made from. 

DENIM MESSENGER BAGS: 

To prolong the life of your bag, please use a fabric protector such as Scotchgard. Spot cleaning is all that should be required. Denim will bleed colour if submerged in water. Please do not put in the washing machine. Your bag is lined with non woven interfacing and this will be ruined if washed in in machine. 

TOTE BAGS: 

Tote Bags can be machine washed. Whilst there is always a risk of colour bleeding, all fabrics have been pre-washed and have shown themselves to be coloursafe. The life of your bag will be extended when protected with Scotchgard or the like. This means you would only need to spot clean as required. 

DUFFLE BAGS:

Duffle Bags should not be submerged in water or machine washed. The denim used will bleed and ruin the look (not the functionality) of your bag. Protecting your bag with Scotchgard is strongly advised. Spot cleaning will be acceptable. 

BACKPACKS: 

Backpacks should not be submerged in water or machine washed. Denim will bleed onto other fabrics and will ruin the look of the bag, but not affect functionality. Scotchgard is advised to improve the longevity and life of your bag. Spot cleaning should be done asap after a mishap or spillage. 

NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR INCORRECT OR MISUSE OF THE ABOVE LISTED BAGS. THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO CARRY PETS, BABIES OR SMALL CHILDREN, NOR FOR CARRYING FLAMMABLE OR DAMAGING LIQUIDS OR PRODUCTS. THESE BAGS ARE NOT FIRE-RESISTANT. 

DO NOT PUT CHILDREN TO SLEEP/BED WHILST WEARING A BACKPACK. UNDO SHOULDER STRAPS OF BACKPACK AND KEEP OUT OF REACH OF SMALL CHILDREN WHEN NOT IN USE. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: 

No refunds will be offered or given for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

A refund will be given for faulty products. I check my products carefully, but occasionally, mistakes or imperfections that make a product unsightly or ineffective for its purpose may be missed (rare). Please let me know ASAP and we can work together to rectify the situation. 

Exchanges will be available if required. 

I must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the item, and it then must be returned within 10 days (in good, clean and unused condition) at the buyers expense.
